The Gacka snakes through open fields of pasture and has such a high density of fly life that the trout gorge themselves throughout the season making fishing exceptionally challenging and fun. By contrast the Kupr is a dainty stream-like river easily covered by both dry and wet fly offering sporting fish in seemingly untouched surroundings.
The woodland areas host large numbers of boar and deer which grow to good sizes in a sympathetic climate and aided by the forage that is available.
